1. PLEASE remember if you have PAID your dues to date -ONLY COMPLETE THE APPLICATION. NO PAYMENT IS NEEDED. IT SHOULD STATE THAT IN THE APPLICATION.
2. Please select the box-receive copy to your email.
3. This application can't be completed from your PHONE/MOBILE. The plan is to have mobile use in the future. While I understand we are in a mobile world, that option is not available at this time.

5. We encourage ALL dues be paid via the pay advice given. As you know with Paypal one can use your banking institution, credit card etc. We are steering away from sending in checks. While I understand our more seasoned Alumni would prefer this method, please know we are striving to move forward and request that you ask someone in your circle or one of us for assistance in paying via Paypal if needed.
WEBSITE UPDATE:
I am currently working on the website. Please keep in mind that this will be a BASIC website. We will try to place as much needed information as possible.
1. If you are a former coach-PLEASE send year and or years you coached (name).
2. If any member has pictures of them or their team with their coach-please submit pictures. Please send your coaches name as well.
3. This request for ALL coaches-JV and Varsity/Blue or Gold. At one point we had a JV team-please submit those pictures as well.
4. If you are a current or former Board Member-please submit your Board Position along with year you were in that Position.
